Project and main objective: No. BG05SFPR002-1.004-2180 "Adapted working environment in the enterprise BIAD-S EOOD"
Adaptation of the work environment in Biad-S EOOD to meet the new challenges related to the implementation of the transition to a climate-neutral economy and changing work models in the context of the transition to a green economy and the digital transition, as well as to ensure an attractive, healthy, safe and a sustainable work environment that meets the specific needs of workers and at the same time positively affects the productivity and efficiency of labor in the enterprise.
Specific objectives:
- – Optimization of work processes for transition to energy-efficient technologies and establishment of "green" work models. Green jobs will provide safe, healthy and acceptable working conditions to contribute to smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;
- – Reduction of health risks at the workplace by providing PPE, SRO and PPE to employees;
- – Reducing the levels of occupational trauma in the workplace by ensuring the prevention and prevention of "burnout" in the workplace and "effects of the COVID pandemic on the mental health" of employees;
- – Improvement of OSH standards by providing places for employees to relax, eat and rest.
Results:
The expected results and positive effects of the implementation of the project activities are related to the provision of modern and effective means to protect the health of workers and minimize the risks of occupational accidents, provided psychosocial support and training to deal with stress and professional overheating in the workplace, introduced environmentally friendly models of organization of work processes and workplaces, as well as changes in company policy in the context of the transition to a green economy and the digital transition.
Total budget: BGN 384,153.59, of which BGN 268,907.51 European funding and BGN 115,246.08. national funding.
