Technical managers (with and without experience)
"BIAD-S" EOOD is expanding its team and is looking for two technical managers - one with professional experience and one without previous experience.
The work is related to the implementation of construction sites in the city of Sofia and throughout the country. Candidates can be from both Sofia and other cities, as the company implements projects in various locations.
Basic requirements:
• Secondary or higher technical education in the field of construction;
• Excellent skills in reading technical documentation;
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook, Adobe);
• Driver's license – category B;
• Clean criminal record;
• Communication and teamwork skills;
• Responsibility, organization and precision;
• Ability to make independent decisions and effectively solve problems that arise.
Additional requirements for candidates with experience:
• Minimum 5 (five) years of professional experience as a technical manager in residential and/or linear construction;
• Excellent knowledge of the regulatory framework in the field of spatial planning and construction;
• Excellent knowledge of technologies and processes in the implementation of construction and installation works;
• Experience in construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, conservation or major renovation of construction sites will be considered an advantage.
Main duties:
• Organizes, manages and controls the implementation of construction and installation works on the site;
• Provides operational, technical and administrative management of the construction process;
• Coordinates work with clients, designers, suppliers, subcontractors and construction teams;
• Monitors the quality and timely implementation of construction activities in accordance with the approved projects and regulatory requirements;
• Checks calculations and coordinates documents related to supplies, services, mechanization and construction materials;
• Participates in the acceptance and handover of construction sites;
• Complies with and implements the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems;
• If necessary, fulfills official commitments related to business trips in the country for a longer period according to the current sites of the company.
