"Biad-C" attaches great importance to the protection of personal data and collects and processes personal data only in compliance with the requirements of local and European legislation. The purpose of this "Policy for the protection of personal data" is to inform you how we process your data and what personal data we would collect about you, for what purpose, term and resp. what are your rights
The security of the data you have entrusted to us is very important to us. That is why we protect your data by applying all appropriate technical and organizational means at our disposal to prevent unauthorized access, unauthorized or malicious use, loss or premature deletion of information.
What information do we collect and why?

The purpose of processing your data.
We process the personal data that we collect most often to conclude or perform an accommodation contract (e.g. establishing your identity or drawing up a contract and all other documents accompanying the contract), as well as to fulfill our statutory obligation (e.g. obligation to providing information to all state commissions and regulatory bodies). In order to ensure our security and yours, we also process recordings from video cameras when you visit our sites.
Who we share your information with:
"Biad-C" uses third parties to support certain contractual activities or to fulfill a legal obligation. We do not provide your personal data to third parties before we have made sure that all technical and organizational measures have been taken to protect this data and we strive to implement strict controls to fulfill this purpose.
Some of the recipients of personal data may be:
- Ministry of the Interior, regulatory and administrative bodies, external consultants and specialists, banks, security companies, persons who, by assignment, maintain equipment, software and hardware, etc.
Use of cookies on the Site
"Biad-C" does not collect or process personal data through the functional cookies used by the Company.
Why and how do we use automated algorithms?
We do not use automated decision-making tools.

We store all the information we have collected about you and destroy it within the statutory time limits, and if there are none within the time limits determined by us and after final settlement of all our financial relations. We do not keep your data indefinitely.

"Biad-C" does not transfer your data outside the EEA.

At any time, you can ask "Biad-C" to provide you with information about the personal data collected and stored for you. You may also request that Biad-C correct, delete or update such personal data. "Biad-C" also ensures your right to object and limit the processing of personal data.

Requests for access to information or for correction are submitted in person or by a person expressly authorized by you, through an express written power of attorney. An application can also be submitted electronically, in accordance with the Law on Electronic Documents and Electronic Signatures.
We inform you that according to the current legislation you have the right to complain about the way your data is processed to the supervisory body Commission for the Protection of Personal Data, Sofia 1592, "Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov" No. 2 or www.cpdp.bg.
