STATEMENT OF THE POLICY AND STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES OF
THE MANAGEMENT OF "BIAD-S" EOOD
The main goal of "BIAD-S" EOOD is to be a company - a symbol of reliability, quality and high culture in the field of construction, assembly and repair activities.
The policy of construction company "BIAD-S" EOOD is to improve the management system to ensure an increase in customer satisfaction by satisfying their requirements more and more fully.
The quality, safety, health and environment policy is an equal and invariable part of the company's overall policy and strategy.
We declare our capabilities and determination:
♦ To make continuous targeted improvements in the activity necessary for the success of "BIAD-S" EOOD.
♦ To satisfy the requirements and expectations of the customers in full compliance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.
♦ To protect the environment and the climate during the implementation of the activities, making targeted efforts to prevent pollution and damage. When we have the opportunity, to restore the natural environment from the damage caused to it.
♦ To continuously improve working conditions in the company and not to allow damage to the life and health of those working for us and to all interested parties.
♦ To maintain the competence of the personnel in accordance with the goals of the organization and its needs.
♦ To maintain business and mutually beneficial relations with suppliers and partners, leading to improvement and increase of efficiency and benefits of our joint activity.
♦ Not to destroy nature, but to make all possible efforts to protect the Bulgarian nature and improve the climate.

By implementing the declared policy, the company's management and staff set the following strategic goals:
1. IN THE AREA OF QUALITY
1.1 Ensuring the priority of quality in the activities of all those working for the company and placing quality as the basis for all plans and actions for future development.
1.2 Continuous improvement of the work processes and increasing the qualification and competence of the staff.
1.3 Constant satisfaction of the needs and requirements of our customers.
1.4 Application of new modern technologies for the implementation of CMP in order to improve quality.
1.5 Effective management of human resources with a priority on motivation.
1.6 Maintenance of modern high-tech infrastructure and optimal working environment for all processes in the company.
2. IN THE FIELD OF SAFETY AND HEALTH
2.1 Continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System in the field of "Occupational Safety and Health" - maintaining the condition of workplaces, processes and equipment in accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation and world standards.
2.2 Maintaining a high level of technical security of emergency facilities, training personnel and improving their abilities to prevent or limit emergency situations.
2.3 Ensuring and constant improvement of the system in the field of occupational safety and health with particular attention to protection and prevention.
3. IN THE FIELD OF THE ENVIRONMENT
3.1 Maintaining corporate requirements in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria on environmental protection.
3.2 Maintaining the state of workplaces, processes and equipment in accordance with the regulatory requirements regarding the environment.
3.3 Achieving and maintaining a high level of competence of the staff in matters of environmental protection in the environments of the company's employees.
3.4 To achieve stabilization and improvement of the climate in the places where we construct our buildings.
